A new addition to the White House Flickr feed: Mrs. O and Jimmy Fallon in a "Let's Move!" tug of war during a taping for “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon." The accompanying video clip is a must watch:

Over the next three days, Mrs. O will make stops in Iowa, Arkansas, Texas and Florida to celebrate the second anniversary of "Let's Move!" Stay tuned!

This FLOTUS is something else! I just saw the video and I'm still smiling. I cannot keep up that Kool Aid grin for too long, my Tony Little Gazelle and BodyTrac Rowing Machine awaits. I'm still at it.......keep striking matches and something's bound to catch fire! Our Michelle reminds me of a cartoon that I recently saw on a CrossFit website. It has a Doctor talking to his obviously overweight patient. The Doctor says to the patient, "What fits your busy schedule better, exercising one hour a day or being dead 24 hours a day?" A no brainer!
